What are the top locations/areas that you serve?

Feel free to list any top areas that apply!

I specialize in unique and diverse communities across Whatcom County, including Bellingham, Sudden Valley, and Point Roberts. Whether it’s a home nestled in the trees of Sudden Valley, a waterfront getaway in Point Roberts, or a vibrant urban space in Bellingham, I bring deep local knowledge and personalized service to each transaction. I also work with clients in Ferndale, Birch Bay, and the surrounding areas—anywhere my clients need me, I go.

Do you have a type of clientele that you feel is an area of expertise for you?

First-time home buyers, seniors, out-of-town relocations?

I specialize in working with clients seeking second homes, vacation properties, and lifestyle upgrades—whether that’s a waterfront retreat in Point Roberts or a peaceful home in Sudden Valley. As a Second Home Specialist, I understand the unique needs that come with managing a property from a distance or finding the perfect weekend escape. I also work closely with real estate investors looking for income-generating properties or long-term value in our local markets.

What inspired you to become a real estate agent?

What sparked the passion for helping people find “home”? What is at the heart of your "why"?

I was drawn to real estate because I love connecting with others and helping them navigate big life transitions with clarity and confidence. My passion for helping people find “home” comes from understanding how powerful that word is—it’s safety, comfort, and potential all in one. At the heart of my “why” is the belief that everyone deserves a place that feels like their own.

What excites you most about working in Whatcom County real estate?

Whether it's the neighborhoods, the people, or the views, we love hearing what draws people to this market.

Whatcom County is incredibly special—each community has its own unique vibe, from the energy of downtown Bellingham to the tranquility of Point Roberts and the forested charm of Sudden Valley. The natural beauty, waterfront views, and strong sense of community make this area a joy to work in.

How would you describe your approach to helping buyers and sellers?

Tell us your superpower.

I’d say I’m a calm-in-the-storm kind of agent—with a strategic mindset. Real estate can feel overwhelming, especially during big transitions, so I prioritize clear communication, transparency, and a steady presence from start to finish. I take the time to explain the process in plain language so my clients always feel informed and confident in their decisions. Whether we’re navigating a competitive offer situation or walking through paperwork step-by-step, my goal is to remove the guesswork and make the experience feel manageable—and even enjoyable. My superpower is staying grounded, organized, and fiercely focused on what’s best for my clients.

What’s your favorite hidden gem in Whatcom County?

From tucked-away coffee shops to underrated parks, share your insider tip!

There is a small family run restaurant in Everson, called Three Flavors. If I have a craving for pasta, or Kung-Pao chicken, this is my go-to restaurant.

What’s one thing you always tell your clients before they list their home?

Give us your best home-selling advice in one sentence.

Most buyers know within seconds of scrolling whether they want to see your home—so that first online impression has to shine.

If you could only give one tip to first-time homebuyers, what would it be? Anything that stuck with you from buying your first home?

Buyers are always looking for gold nuggets of wisdom. What’s yours?

Buyers shop with their eyes. Ensuring a home sparkles and shines, not only online but in person is key in today's market.

What’s one of your favorite home styles and why?

Are you drawn to mid-century, cozy cottage, sleek and modern?

I’m drawn to homes that blend comfortable living with a classic modern aesthetic—clean lines, timeless finishes, and spaces that feel both livable and elevated.

Coffee or tea before a big day of showings?

We need to know what’s fueling your real estate hustle!

Black drip coffee. I'm pretty simple!

When you’re not helping clients, what’s your favorite way to spend the weekend?

Let’s hear about hobbies, side passions, or your favorite day-off activities.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me with my kids—cheering them on at their sporting events, exploring new restaurants around town, or boating out in the bay. I love being outdoors and making the most of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer, especially when it involves good food, fresh air, and family time.

What's one thing that's surprised you about working in real estate? If you could give your past self one piece of advice before starting, what would it be?

Anything you weren't expecting?

One thing that surprised me about real estate is just how much of the job is about being a problem-solver and therapist rolled into one. It’s not just about homes—it’s about people, emotions, timing, and navigating curveballs with grace. If I could give my past self one piece of advice, it would be: "Trust your instincts, stay consistent, and don’t take things personally—relationships and resilience matter more than perfection."

What’s one fun or unexpected fact about you?

Do you play the ukulele? Have a hidden talent? Been to 20 countries? Don’t hold back!

I can walk on high stilts! It’s a fun and unexpected skill that always gets a reaction.

What's something you enjoy about being part of a real estate team?

We want to know what inspired you to join us!

Being part of a real estate team means having a built-in support system. I love the camaraderie, shared knowledge, and the ability to lean on one another for advice or inspiration. Real estate can move fast, and having a team that’s collaborative and encouraging makes all the difference.

What’s your favorite season for real estate in Whatcom County, and what makes it special?

Which season feels the most exciting?

Fall time - there's something special about the crisp air, changing leaves, and golden light that makes homes feel extra cozy and inviting. Buyers are serious, sellers are motivated, and the scenery is unbeatable

What’s your favorite part of helping someone close on their dream home or achieve their real estate goals? Do you have a go-to way to celebrate?

Give us all the warm and fuzzy feels! We love hearing how agents make closing day extra special.

I usually celebrate with a thoughtful gift tailored to their personality or lifestyle, and if schedules align, I love meeting them at the house with a little “welcome home” moment—sometimes with snacks, bubbly, or even just a cozy doormat. It’s the small touches that turn closing day into a lifelong memory.

Is there anything else you'd like for people to know about you?

This can be anything you'd like to share!

Real estate agents have a bad rep, and it can feel icky—I totally get it. That’s why I work hard to be the opposite of that stereotype. No pressure, no salesy pitches—just real advice, honest communication, and someone in your corner every step of the way. I genuinely care about helping people make smart, confident decisions.
